GENERAL

  • What is the storage suggestion for your products?

    1. Cakes: For optimal freshness, we recommend consuming our cakes on the same day of delivery or collection, as we do not use any preservatives. If you prefer to store your cake for longer, you may refrigerate it for up to 3 days. Make sure to cover it well to retain moisture.

  • Are your pastries Halal?

    Our pastries are not halal certified.

  • Do you do bulk orders?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to take in large orders as we are only a small team.

  • How long in advance should I place my order?

    As our bakes are made to order, please place your orders at least 4 days in advance.

  • Is this a home-based business?

    Yes, we maintain a high standard of food safety in our home and have the necessary Food and Hygiene Certificate.

  • What are the accepted modes of payment?

    Payments are accepted only through PayNow.

  • Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

    Please kindly check the order carefully before making payment. Cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed once payment has been processed and completed.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

  • Ordering Deadline:

    Place your orders at least 4 days in advance of when you need the items.


  • Amendments and Cancellations:

    Once orders are confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed.


  • Payment Method:

    Payments are accepted only through PayNow.

  • Order Confirmation:

    Orders will be confirmed only after payment verification.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERIES

  • Self Collection:

    • Location: Sunset Way. The exact address will be provided once the order is confirmed.


    • Appointment: Strictly by appointment only. Customers need to schedule a time for collection.


    • Collection Hours: Available between 12pm to 6pm.

  • Deliveries:

    • Minimum Spend: Free delivery for orders of $150 and above.


    • Below Minimum Spend: There is a flat rate of $15-20 for islandwide deliveries.


    • Delivery Timing: Deliveries will be scheduled between 11am to 6pm.

  • Additional Notes:

    • Ensure customers are aware that the exact address for self-collection will only be disclosed after their order is confirmed.


    • Emphasise the importance of making appointments for self-collection to manage customer expectations and ensure smooth operations.


    • Clarify any specific delivery zones or restrictions if applicable to islandwide deliveries.

BAKING AND COOKING CLASSES

  • What is the skill level for the classes?

    Baking classes are suitable for participants aged 5 years and older. Cooking classes are suitable for participants aged 15 years and older.

  • How many participants do you accept for each class?

    This varies depending on the class but it is usually from 4-8 students. By keeping classes small, we are able to attend to each student’s needs, carefully guiding them.

  • Are your classes hands on or demonstration?

    For baking, classes will be hands-on and for cooking classes will be half demo and half hands-on.

  • What is the duration of each class?

    To ensure a fruitful session, classes are usually 4-6 hours.

  • How do I enrol in classes?

    Enrollment for classes is done exclusively through our website. Follow these steps:


    1. Visit our website.

    2. Select the class you want.

    3. Complete the enrollment form.

    4. Your booking is confirmed upon full payment.


  • What are the class fees?

    Depending on the complexity of the class, the fees will vary accordingly.

  • Do you send reminders for classes?

    We will not be sending any reminders. Please take note of the classes date in your calendar. 

  • I can’t come to class. Can I reschedule?

    We do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, we highly recommend arranging for someone to attend in your place if possible. Please inform us in advance of the person who will be attending on your behalf.

  • What if a class is cancelled due to low enrollment?

    If a class cannot proceed due to insufficient enrollment, My Little Sister reserves the right to change the date or cancel the class. In such cases, a full refund will be offered for any payments made.

  • Where will the classes be held?

    Classes will be held at Sunset Way. The exact address will be provided upon confirmation of slots and full payment.
