Ordering Policy

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. No slots are confirmed or reserved until payment is received.


Pricing

My Little Sister prices are subject to change at any time without notice.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refunds are strictly not allowed once payment has been processed and completed.


Cancellation of Class Booking

Fees for scheduled classes must be paid in advance to secure your booking. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Once confirmed, you are subject to our cancellation, refund, or transfer policy. If you are unable to attend, we recommend arranging for someone else to attend in your place. Please inform us of the substitute attendee.


Minimum Enrollment and Class Cancellations

We require a minimum number of students to proceed with a class. In the unlikely event that a class cannot proceed, My Little Sister reserves the right to change the date or cancel the class. If this occurs, a full refund will be offered for any payments made.

Classes

  1. Prices: All prices are nett unless stated otherwise.
  2. Reminders: My Little Sister does not send reminders. Please note the class dates in your calendar.
  3. Purchase Terms: All purchases or payments are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable to another date or class.
  4. Photography and Video: Occasionally, we may take photographic or video images for our website. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us.
